Welcome to PNN!

Welcome to PNN!

Hello and welcome to my site:

Let me start by telling you a little about myself. I am 58 years old and will turn 59 in 2 days. WoW! Thirty years ago I would have thought I was old. But I actually feel pretty good. Oh sure, I have a few of the usual aches and pains; my eyes don't see as well as they used to; my hearing is pretty lousy but the digital hearing aids I wear are great and barely visible; I wake up every night about 1:30 a.m. and can't fall back to sleep for three or four hours, and I have occasional "leakage" when I sneeze but otherwise I feel great! REALLY!

Anyway, enough about that. I am hear to share with you the news and views of what is going on in female wellness. I would like to start with "The Cleanse" WOW what a lot of information and hype about cleansing our insides. And to think that for the past 2000 years we have all been walking around with filthy innards. How did we survive?

Well I decided to give myself the purge and see what all the hype is about. I have been using a 14 day product and have just completed day 5. So far, I don't feel any cleaner and I haven't lost an ounce. I guess the toxins I have been carrying around for the past 58...59 years are pretty light. Anyway, I am a little disappointed that I haven't noticed a huge or even negligible improvement in  my sense of well-being; my skin, my nails, my hair, my sex life and all of the rest of the things that are supposed to be so much better. I guess maybe it is too soon to tell. After all, I have 9 more days to go. I'll keep you posted!
